Who we are
Nexirah sells the Nexirah NeuroStep directly to customers in the United Kingdom. For any privacy question, email hello@nexirah.co.uk.
What we collect
- Order details: name, delivery address, email address and phone number.
- Payment confirmation data from our payment provider (never full card numbers).
- Support correspondence you send us.
- Analytics and cookie data, only where you have given consent.
Why we use it
To take payment, deliver your order, provide aftersales support and meet our legal obligations. With your consent, we also send occasional product emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Sharing
We share the minimum data needed with our payment provider, delivery carriers and email provider. We never sell your data.
Retention
Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and you can object to processing. Contact hello@nexirah.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
