The guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund. This sits alongside your 14-day statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

How to start a return

• Email hello@nexirah.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return.
• We'll reply within one working day with return instructions and an address.
• Repack the device and accessories, including the straps and control module.

Return postage

Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied — in which case we cover it. We recommend a tracked service, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a further 3–5 working days to show the funds.

Warranty claims

Manufacturing defects are covered for 1 year(s). Email us with your order number and a short description or photo, and we'll arrange a repair or replacement.

Hygiene exclusions

For hygiene reasons we cannot resell returned straps, so please return items in a clean, complete condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
