Everything you need to know about how and when your Nexirah order arrives.
Delivery cost
Free Tracked UK Delivery on all UK orders — no minimum spend.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.
- Typically 10–12 working days across the United Kingdom.
- Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take 1–2 extra working days.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse we email you a tracking link. Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Tracked or an equivalent UK courier.
Missed deliveries
If nobody is home, the carrier will either leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a local collection point, and will leave a card explaining what happened.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@nexirah.co.uk within an hour of ordering and we'll amend it if the parcel hasn't been dispatched.
International orders
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
