These terms apply to every order placed with Nexirah by customers in the United Kingdom.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you a confirmation. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable or if we spot a pricing error.
Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Cancellation rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee extends this — see our Returns & Refunds page.
Warranty
The Nexirah NeuroStep carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Intended use
Nexirah NeuroStep is a wellness and mobility support product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a health condition or are unsure whether the product suits you, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
